Refund policy

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for what ever reason, we are happy to provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping).

 RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Returns are arranged via email within 20 days of your order.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Please email hello@thesundayshop.com.au to arrange a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Please provide images of any faulty product.

 AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay or ZipPay, the returns process is the same. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

 RETURNS:

  • Accepted returned items will receive a store credit.
  • A fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping fees.
